Kim Frace

     I am a Childcare Provider, and I provide care for children from 3 months to 6 years old. I graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Child and Family Development. I also have 2 Associate's Degrees from Palomar College in General Education and Communication. My wide range of experience in working with children varies from babysitting, teaching Sunday school, volunteering at childcare centers,  working one-on-one with families who have children with special needs, and being a mom to 3 wonderful girls; 13, 3, and 1 year old.

     I believe paving a positive path for our children is an important goal for the success of their future.  I believe the starting point is through the daily rituals and traditions such as hugs and kisses, stories, daily meals at the table, and holiday celebrations.  It is these bonding experiences that will help instill trust and hope in our children and will provide their world with a sense of warmth and structure.  Learning, will then become a natural part of their growth.

     Children are better learners when they are happy and feel secure with their surroundings.  My goal is to implement these daily routines and traditions to establish comfort in their world all while planning activities and curriculum to stimulate their continuously growing imaginations.
